    After signing in to your account you can report cases, request or apply for a number of different services that the council supplies as well as being able to view any existing requests you have already made.

    The new site will be a much quicker and easier experience and improvements have been made to forms and mapping functionality.

    Yes. You will still receive updates on the progress of what you have reported through email in the same way you would have with your old customer account.
